Khancoban offers a host of attractions & activities all year 'round. Whether by yourself or with a group, there is always something to do around Khancoban. Popular pursuits include: fishing & boating (Khancoban is one of the few mainland fisheries, where ten pound plus trout are regularly caught), Bushwalking & photography, whilst exploring the natural wonders of Kosciuszko National Park, either, on: foot, X-country, touring skis or snowshoes (Snowshoes & Sorel snow boots are available through caravan park). Four wheel driving is another popular activity, with innumerable tracks, on both sides of the border. Maps and route suggestions are available from National Parks Info Centre or the caravan park.
